What happens after I place my order?

After your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. Ensure that the email address you entered during checkout is accurate.
Unfortunately, Golden Vows & Co. does not accept returns on engraved/personalized items.
Can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping notification and tracking details. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can track your order on our website.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Golden Vows & Co. happily facilitates returns and exchanges for items that are new, unworn, and unaltered, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for engraved or personalized rings. For instructions on returning items, please contact us or read our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Please note, all refunds will be subject to a restocking fee.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
If you place your order by 2PM CT on weekdays, you can expect it to arrive within two business days. Delivery estimates depend on the exact day and time you place your order, excluding holidays. You’ll see a specific delivery estimate during the shipping step of checkout. It’s important to remember that all orders undergo processing time before they’re shipped (1-2 business days).

Placing an order on GoldenVows.co is straightforward and secure. To begin, select the item you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Bag” button to add it to your Shopping Bag. Then, simply follow the prompts through the checkout process to finalize your order.
Your order will only be submitted at the end of the checkout process when you are prompted to enter your payment information.
